Knowledge Saves Lives (KSL), Inc.
Emergency Preparedness Site Assessment
Since 2010, KSL has helped school districts, businesses, churches, and other organizations find deficiencies and vulnerabilities related to emergency preparedness. The purpose of a site assessment is to document these vulnerabilities and provide a range of options and solutions to
best mitigate them before an emergency occurs. Our staff have conducted site assessment projects
for State offices, insurance companies, private businesses, and several California school districts.
Our emergency preparedness site assessments are confidential and include:
A customized training video for risk management
A detailed report outlining safety and security risks along with a range of solutions.
A report format recognized by The US Department of Homeland Security that can be inserted
into grant documents and applications for funding of security and emergency preparedness.
A presentation of information so you or your staff has an opportunity to discuss options and
solutions with subject matter experts.
