Formal Interview and Interrogation
Connect, communicate, and elicit information according to a plan with confidence...
That is the objective of CBLTAC's formal interview and interrogation seminar.
Depending on the format chosen, it is only 4 or 8 hours. But during that time you will be given the "road map" to follow on how to properly and efficiently elicit information from another person.
Because the process is "formal", it is not clandestine like our "Express Interrogation" seminar. It follows an easy to remember process of getting to the facts and is presented in two ways: confrontational and non-confrontational.
Our process can be used in a law enforcement environment, a corporate environment, or any setting in which a formal interview is appropriate.
We will explain and demonstrate the interview interaction from start to finish, including first impression, room set-up, props, recording techniques, questionnaires, elimination questions, confrontation, rapport, fact finding, monologue, extracting elements of the investigation, confession, and formal apologies.
Our technique has been used in many investigations and is proven to be not only effective, but high successful in humanely determining the truth: guilt AND innocence!
This seminar is available in 4 or 8 hour formats.
