This class was created while recovering from trauma, fighting traumatic stress, and overcoming physical and emotional pain.
As the title suggests, it is simply 30 lessons on being a better person.
"Better" can mean many different things, depending on the person and their experiences. This class is simple and straight tot he point with information to help each audience member. It is motivational, inspirational, and educational.
It may be the simplest, but most important class we have... and we work on these very lessons every single day.
From overcoming physical and emotional pain, letting go of a difficult past, pushing past current boundaries, or just being a generally better person, this presentation will touch every person in a unique way.
